Stage Monitor - 2-Way Line Array Hortus Audio's first line array, the LVT-465, is a flat and powerful standalone stage monitor. Its directivity increases in relation to the proliferation of monitors. It is compact as it is assembled on 15 mm baltic birch plywood with 3 x layers of highly resistant polyurethane paint

Amplifier specifically dedicated to the (LVT6/15) line array system The LVT-AMP amplifier drives the LVT6-LVT15 system through a DSP using the DFCS (Dynamic Frequency Control of Speakers) program developed by Hortus Audio, which provides dynamic speaker management and a limitation function that invisibly coordinates the link between the speakers and the amplifiers. The amp consists of 12 channels, 10 of which are amplified. Each channel encompasses a DSP. The amplification resonates via multiple speakers: 2 x 1500W at 8 ohms; 4 x 1000W at 8 ohms; 4 x 250W at 8 ohms. With a maximum power of 8000W RMS, configured in either mono or stereo, the LVT-AMP amplifies up to eight of Hortus Audio's 2-way passive 6' 480W line arrays (LVT-6) and up to two of Hortus Audio's 154 bass cabinets (LVT-15). These can also link to an additional DSP-powered subwoofer. The LVT-AMP is made in France out of baltic birch wood and final touches are added such as polyurethane painting. A flight case for the 45 x 56 x 18 cm amplifier is available upon request.

With 100° horizontal directivity, 3-way integrated amplification, and built-in DSP, the LVT-128 features a powerful 1550W bass complemented by 800W medium loudspeakers and a 200w treble. The LVT-128 frequency range of 60/18KHz (+/-3 dB) and nominal level of 135dB flow from the bass section’s 6th order bandpass enclosure as well as from its 1300-watt AES 12-inch loudspeaker. While the 700W medium section has a bass reflex of 2 x 8-inch speakers regulated by top notch phasing signal controllers, the 120W treble section is powered by a 1.5-inch dual compression driver. This novel line array is also available in a passive version upon request.

Mini Line Array

The LVT-5 mini line array allows for optimal use in small performance halls, amphitheatres, piano bars, and conference rooms. The amplification built into the CBA 12 bass drives the system through a DSP using the DFCS (Dynamic Frequency Control of Speakers) program developed by Hortus Audio, which provides dynamic speaker management and a limitation function that invisibly coordinates the link between the amplifiers and the line array’s 2 x 5’ loudspeakers. The number of LVT-5 to deploy depends on the version of the CBA 12 (see CBA 12 models described in our subwoofers website section).

The LVT-6 is a two-way passive line array (a passive 1-way version is also available with built-in crossover). It is powered by the LVT-15 bass cabinet. It can also be powered by the LVT-AMP alongside the LVT-15.

With low-frequency (LF) 400W AES and high-frequency (HF) 80W AES, the 16 ohms line array has 2 x 6.5' speakers and a 1.4' driver. The LVT-6 line array allows for optimal use in medium-sized performance halls, amphitheatres, piano bars, conference rooms, outdoor events, including concerts with a capacity between 450 and 2000 people.
