The Chrysalis Series consists of an amplifed and a 2-way passive full range hybrid system. With direct coupling and pre-established angulation, the Chrysalis is similar to a line array, and it can be installed either horizontally or vertically. 

Chrysalis was made to apply to clubs, conference rooms, lounges and small and medium-sized performance halls. As a standalone bass reflex system, it includes a 10’ “bass reflex” enclosure with 2 x 5’ speakers and a ribbon tweeter.

It is exceptionally precise with an extended bandwidth, which is recommended to range from 45 to 20 KHz at +/- 3 dB. The Chrysalis has 500W RMS amplification integrated for the bass + 250W RMS for midrange and compression.

The system is controlled and guided by a DSP using the DFCS (Dynamic Frequency Control of Speakers) program developed by Hortus Audio.
